LPC – Internship

For professionals who have LPC-Intern status, Galaxy offers an internship program to assist their completion of the required supervised work. Galaxy has Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisors (LPC-S) on staff who offer individual and weekly group supervision. At this time, all Internship opportunities provide a minimal stipend. During your internship, you have the opportunity to receive free supervision as long as you maintain a minimum of 10 direct client contact hours a week. Provisions for Interns

• Individual psychotherapy supervision weekly
• Opportunities to co-lead psychoeducational groups
• Counseling experience in individual, couple, family, and play therapy
• Case consultation with peers, community experts, and supervision staff
